Elizabeth Maybel Herbstritt, 25, was charged Oct. 15 with Animals Running at Large and Cruelty to Animals.

Hayden E. Ivey, 20, was charged Oct. 17 with Theft of Property Less than $1,000 and Theft of Property Over $1,000.

Raymond Rodger Lopez, 29, was charged Oct. 15 with Public Intoxication.

Joshua Michael Tucker, 34, was charged Oct. 18 with Violation of Conditions of Release and Domestic Assault.

GREENEVILLE

Jennifer N. Bowers, of Greeneville, was charged Oct. 16 with Criminal Trespassing.

Joe C. Dean, of Greeneville, was charged Oct. 18 with Assault Against A First Responder/Nurse.

Charles R. Hoke, of Johnson City, was charged Oct. 17 with Possession/Casual Exchange of Meth, Possession of Paraphernalia, Criminal Impersonation and Warrant Arrest from Greene County.

Chester L. Ricker, of Greeneville, was charged Oct. 19 with Possession/Casual Exchange of Meth, Possession of Paraphernalia, Driving on a Revoked License and Driving an Off-Road Vehicle on a Highway.

Joseph L. Tinker, of Midway, was charged Oct. 19 with Simple Possession/Casual Exchange and Possession of Paraphernalia.

HAMBLEN COUNTY

Marc A. Honaker, 52, of Morristown, was charged with two counts Violation of Condition of Release.

Mara S. Nelson, 40, of Talbott, was charged Oct. 18 with two counts Assault/Aggravated Assault Against a First Responder; and one count each of Resisting Arrest and Domestic Assault.

Adrian N. Smith, 39, of Speedwell, was charged Oct. 17 with DUI and Violation of Implied Consent.

MORRISTOWN

Roberlo R. Hernandez, 36, of Morristown, was charged Oct. 16 with Possession of Paraphernalia, Manufacture/Delivery/Sale/Possession of Meth, Driving on a Revoked/Suspended License, Improper Display of Plates, Open Container and Failure to Provide Proof of Insurance.

Jamie W. Howard, 38, of Morristown, was charged Oct. 18 with Public Intoxication.

Isabel N. Lopez, 50, of Morristown, was charged Oct. 18 with DUI and Driving on a Revoked/Suspended License.

Delbert G. Maggard, 59, of Newport, was charged Oct. 17 with Violation of Registration Law and Schedule II Drug Violations.

Francisco N. Perez, 33, of Morristown, was charged Oct. 16 with Domestic Assault.

Bradley A. Shelton, 45, of White Pine, was charged Oct. 18 with Violation of Implied Consent, Failure to Provide Proof of Insurance, Violation of Registration Law, Improper Lane Use, Open Container and DUI.

Myesha S. Smith, 19, of Morristown, was charged Oct. 17 with Underage Consumption and Public Intoxication.

Tyler L. Turner, 36, of Morristown, was charged Oct. 17 with DUI.
