Joshua L. Claiborne, 27, of Morristown, was charged Sept. 15 with Criminal Impersonation, Evading Arrest, Hunting Without a License, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, Schedule III Drug Violations and Assault/Aggravated Assault Against a First Responder.

Emma H. Collins, 40, of Morristown, was charged Sept. 12 with DUI and Possession of Paraphernalia.

Lemat N. Episom, 24, of Morristown, was charged Sept. 13 with Public Intoxication.

Emed A. Espada-Rivera, 45, of Morristown, was charged Sept. 11 with DUI, Failure to Use an Ignition Interlock Device, Speeding and Open Container.

David S. Estes, 55, of Bybee, was charged Sept. 14 with Driving on a Revoked/Suspended License, Violation of Registration Law and Failure to Provide Proof of Insurance.

Ahamad R. Fulton, 51, of Morristown, was charged Sept. 17 with DUI and Failure to Provide Proof of Insurance.

Jon-Michael N. Goins, 31, of Southgate, Michigan, was charged Sept. 15 with DUI and Open Container.

Billy W. Lee, 49, of Rutledge, was charged Sept. 13 with Driving on a Revoked/Suspended License.

Abelardo M. Lopez, 45, of Morristown, was charged Sept. 11 with Public Intoxication.

Randi N. Luna-Gomez, 18, of Morristown, was charged Sept. 13 with Criminal Trespassing, Resisting Stop/Arrest, Adult Contributing to the Delinquency of a Child, Purchase/Possession of Tobacco Products by Minors and Driving Without a License.

Jawaan P. McCullough, 38, of Morristown, was charged Sept. 15 with three counts of Non-Support/Flagrant Non-Support; and one count each Resisting Stop/Arrest, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange and Tampering With/Fabricating/Destruction of Evidence

Jose L. Moreno Bautista, 29, of Morristown, was charged Sept. 14 with Driving on a Revoked/Suspended License, Violation of Registration, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange and Possession of Paraphernalia.

Jesse R. Moyers, 41, of Morristown, was charged Sept. 15 with three counts Manufacture/Delivery/Sale/Possession of a Controlled Substance; and one count Manufacture/Delivery/Sale/Possession of Meth.

Leonard S. Phillips, 40, of Morristown, was charged Sept. 12 with Public Intoxication.

Treyvaughn R. Ray, 25, of Newport, was charged Sept. 14 with Domestic Assault and Vandalism.

Tamaso N. Sachuo, 40, of Morristown, was charged Sept. 11 with Domestic Assault and Resisting Arrest.

Fredy Geihfrin M. Sanchez, 25, of Morristown, was charged Sept. 13 with DUI, Driving on a Revoked/Suspended License, Failure to Exercise Due Care, Failure to Provide Proof of Insurance and Leaving the Scene of an Accident.

Cara-Lee Snider, 22, of Morristown, was charged Sept. 13 with Open Container, Failure to Exercise Due Care and DUI.

Randall G. Williams, 40, of Morristown, was charged Sept. 15 with Criminal Trespassing.
