Alex Thomas Burton, 23, was charged two counts of Felony Aggravated Kidnapping and Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony.

Larry Scott Cashen, 50, was charged July 25 with Possession of Schedule I and II Drugs.

Eddie Eugene Cubbage, 45, was charged July 28 on a Fugitive from Justice Warrant from Culpeper County, Virginia.

Cletus John Robert Franklin, 43, was charged July 29 with two counts Felony Violation of Sex Offender Registry.

Robert Jones, 55, was charged July 27 with DUI, Violation of Light Law and Open Container.

Keith Micheal Jordan, 37, was charged July 28 with Aggravated Domestic Assault.

Brooke Amber Hall, 38, was charged July 27 with DUI, Violation of Implied Consent, Modifications to Mufflers, Open Container, Possession of Paraphernalia, Violation of Registration and Driving on a Suspended License.

Michael Louis Henderson, 40, was charged July 24 with Violation of a Restraining Order/Order of Protection.

Larry W. Loggans, 68, was charged July 25 with Criminal Trespassing.

Ronnie Shane McGaha, 30, was charged July 24 with Animals Running at Large.

Tony Murphy McKinney, 59, was charged July 24 with Driving on Roadways Laned for Traffic, DUI, Driving on Revoked License, Open Container and Violation of Implied Consent.

Justin McMath, 34, was charged July 23 with Domestic Assault.

Dexter Joe Stuart, 47, was charged July 29 with Public Intoxication.

Bruce Warden, 70, was charged July 25 with Interference with Law Enforcement Doing Official Duties.

David Eugene Webb, 52, was charged July 30 with Driving on Roadways Laned for Traffic, DUI, Failure to Exercise Due Care and Reckless Endangerment with a Vehicle.

GREENEVILLE

Billy M. Bishop, of Greeneville, was charged July 24 with Indecent Exposure.

Sherry M. Lee, of Midway, was charged July 30 with Driving on a Revoked License and Failure to Provide Proof of Insurance.

Murillo Ever Lopez, of Greeneville, was charged July 30 with Driving on a Suspended License and Texting While Driving.

Madison R. Smith, of Bybee, was charged July 29 with Simple Possession/ Casual Exchange, Open Container, Underage Consumption and Speeding.

HAMBLEN COUNTY

Diane K. Campbell, 32, of Morristown, was charged July 29 with two counts of Shoplifting.

Margie M. Collins, 50, of Morristown, was charged July 24 with Theft of Property.

Angel N. Compas-Moctezuma, 42, of Morristown, was charged July 28 with Driving Without a License, Improper Lane Use, Reckless Driving and Failure to Provide Proof of Insurance.

Martin P. Fredericks, 58, of Morristown, was charged July 26 with DUI, Driving on an Expired Driver’s License, Violation of Implied Consent and Failure to Change Address.

Lowen N. Marshall, 21, of Russellville, was charged July 28 with Domestic Assault.

Richard J. Metcalf, 38, of Johnson City, was charged July 26 with two counts Leaving the Scene of an Accident; and one count each No Driver’s License and Failure to Provide Proof of Insurance.

Nakuma J. Musselwhite, 38, of Morristown, was charged July 29 with Driving on a Revoked/ Suspended License, Failure to Exercise Due Care, Failure to Provide Proof of Insurance and Violation of Registration.

Jacob E. Pierce, 34, of Bean Station, was charged July 31 with Shoplifting.

Jonathan L. Turner, 56, of Morristown, was charged July 27 with DUI, Violation of Implied Consent, Schedule VI Drug Violations, Failure to Provide Proof of Insurance and Misuse of Registration.

Camilla B. Willingham, 27, of Morristown, was charged July 27 with Public Intoxication.

Josiane M. Willingham, 24, of Morristown, was charged July 26 with Public Intoxication.
