Sergio N. Cisneros, Jr., 38, of Talbott, was charged June 28 with Non-Support/ Flagrant Non-Support.

Brandon S. Collins, 41, of Jefferson City, was charged June 29 with Second Degree Murder and Contraband in a Penal Institution.

Bobby N. Collins, 62, of Morristown, was charged June 26 with Schedule II Drug Violations and Criminal Trespassing.

Charles E. Cross, 44, of Morristown, was charged June 30 with Domestic Assault.

Jason D. Dorst, 44, of Fort Pierce, was charged June 29 with two counts of Bond Surrender.

Jessica H. Heck, 29, of Whitesburg, was charged June 28 with Domestic Assault.

Gaspar M. Velasquez, 26, of Morristown, was charged June 28 with DUI and Open Container.

MORRISTOWN

Jasmine T. Bell, 28, of Morristown, was charged June 29 with Manufacture/Delivery/ Sale/Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Carrie M. Cagle, 43, of Newport, was charged June 27 with DUI, Possession of Paraphernalia and Schedule II and VI Drug Violations.

Charles A. Hurst, 54, of Morristown, was charged June 26 with Manufacture/ Delivery/Sale/Possession of Meth.

Lisa A. Jones, 60, of Morristown, was charged June 27 with Domestic Assault.
