COCKE COUNTY

Joshua Adam Bumgarner, 39, was charged June 27 with DUI and Speeding.

Rachel Ann Carr, 36, was charged June 26 with Driving on a Revoked License and Improper Display of Registration/Tags.

Ronald A. Dornacher, 74, was charged June 24 with Animals Running at Large.

Travis Samuel Dunn, 21, was charged June 29 with Reckless Driving.

Jamine Grace Goldston, 35, was charged June 27 with Disorderly Conduct, Public Intoxication and Resisting Stop/Frisk/ Halt/Arrest/Search.

Derek Michael Jordan, 38, was charged June 30 with Domestic Assault.

Charles James Mathis, 46, was charged June 28 with Violation of Implied Consent, DUI and Driving on a Revoked License.

Charlie Eugene McNabb, 51, was charged June 29 with Disorderly Conduct.

Russell Andrew Simmons, 44, was charged June 24 with three counts felony Reckless Endangerment with a Vehicle; and one count each of Reckless Driving, Failure to Exercise Due Care, Evading Arrest, Driving on Roadways Laned for Traffic, Failure to Obey a Traffic Control Device, Failure to Use a Turn Signal and Speeding.

Tristan Chance Smith, 29, was arrested June 24 on two warrants from Knox County.

Dexter Joe Stuart, 47, was charged June 29 with Vandalism Under $500.

Joseph Michael Thomas, 49, was charged June 24 with Aggravated Domestic Assault.

Brendt Ziemba, 46, was arrested on a warrant from Sevier County.

GREENEVILLE

Amy G. Arrowood, of Greeneville, was charged June 26 with Tampering with/ Fabricating Evidence.

William B. Campbell, of Jonesborough, was charged June 30 with Driving on a Suspended License.
