Hawkins County Rescue Squad Rescue Technician Katie Collins recently graduated from Walters State Community College’s Regional Law Enforcement Training Academy.

Collins has worked tirelessly over the past several months to prepare herself for this moment, which included passing exams and being hired by the Hawkins County Sheriff’s Office prior to enrollment into the academy.

Her commitment to help and serve the community continues beyond our agency as she begins her law enforcement career locally serving Hawkins County.
