Dorothy Faye Kimbrough, age 75, of Jefferson City, passed away on Thursday, January 12, 2023.

She was of the Baptist faith and an active member of American Legion Auxiliary. Dorothy will be remembered for her love of travel; her big personality; her easy laugh; and the deep love she held for family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Stella and Hugh Gilbert; granddaughter, Brittany Morgan Beltz Heffner; great-grandson, Levi Wesley Beltz; and brother, Hugh “Pickle” Gilbert Jr.

She is survived by her loving children, Jeanie (Andy) Beltz, Tony Morgan, and Bobby (Stacy) Morgan; grandchildren, Tony (Catie) Beltz, Brianna (Christian) Brewer, Kennedy Morgan, Dalton Morgan, and Garrison Dube; great-grandchildren, Riley Collier Brewer, Braylen Alexander Beltz, Aubrey Maye-Ann Brewer, Parker Earl Brewer, Emmalin Jean Beltz, Naphtali Morgan Heffner, Mercy Lynn Brewer, Paisley Britt Beltz, Livia and Braxtyn Dube; sister, Mary Hammer; brother, Eugene (Bettie) Gilbert; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 17, 2023, at Fielden Funeral Home. Interment will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday in Jefferson Memorial Garden. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 5:00 – 7:00 pm prior to the service at Fielden Funeral Home in New Market.
