Linda L. Johnson, age 76, of Bean Station, passed away Monday, January 2, 2023 at her residence.

She was an Elementary School Teacher for thirty-two years with thirty years in the Grainger County School System. Linda was a loving wife, mother, and Nana and will be dearly missed.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Garland and Myrtle Johnson; and brother, Clayton Johnson

She is survived by her husband of fifty-two years, Gary B. Johnson; daughter, Jone (Jason) Monday; grandchildren, Korbin Bru Boak and Montana Monday; sister, Wanda (Donald) Dreher; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 5 – 7 p.m. Thursday, January 5th at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. with Rev. Tim Jones officiating.

Family and friends will meet at 12:30 p.m. Monday, January 9th at East Tennessee State Veteran’s Cemetery in Knoxville for graveside services.
