Kevin Andrew Devotie, age 45, of Whitesburg, passed away Monday, January 16, 2023.

The family will receive friends from 5 – 8 p.m. Thursday, January 19th at Westside Chapel Funeral Home.

Funeral services will follow at 8 p.m. with Rev. Carl Downy and Rev. Kenny Davis officiating. Family and friends will meet at 11 a.m. Friday, January 20th at Hamblen Memory Gardens for graveside services.
