Samuel “Sam” E. Comodari, age 82 of Talbott, TN formerly of Indialantic, FL passed away peacefully at his home on February 6, 2023.

He graduated from The University of Kentucky with a Bachelor’s degree in engineering in 1962.

Following his education he served in The United States Army and was stationed in France during The Vietnam War.

After returning home he worked his entire career at Harris Corporation in Palm Bay, FL, where he took part in classified missions some of which landed on the moon.

Sam and his wife Theresa retired to east Tennessee in 2007, and are members at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Bruno and Mary Ellen Comodari, and most recently by 32 days, the love of his life for 50 years, Theresa Comodari.

He is survived by his daughter, Christa (Elbert) Greene; grandchildren, Jordan Romero, and Dylan and Lacy Best, and close family friends.

Sam will be privately inurned at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church.
