Keith Lieberman was arrested by Hamblen County Sheriff Department on December 28, 2022 at a local church on Sawyer Road after an altercation with his wife in the church parking lot. He was taken into custody along with a Loaded Sig-322 gun, not reisgtered to him. Hearing is set for March 27, 2023.  He has been issued a criminal full no contact order from going about his wife. He is under review by the Board of Professional Responsibilities for potential disbarment.
