Isaiah House to host Ladies Night Out fundraiser
B
If you’re looking for a fun evening out, Isaiah 117 House Hamblen County will be hosting a Ladies Night Out fundraiser on March 17.
Isaiah 117 House was founded by Ronda Paulson and is designed to be a safe space for children entering the foster care system.
Paulson noticed that children entering the system were often having to wait in the DCS office while they waited for their foster placement, so Paulson began Isaiah 117 House. What began as a dream for Paulson to change the foster care transition periods here in east Tennessee, now spans across 7 states.
Instead of spending the night in a cold office, children spend the night in a cozy home specifically designed for them. Each house is fully stocked and is ran by volunteers.
Ladies Night Out will be held at Arrowhead Church. It begins at 6:30 but the doors open at 5:45. Grab a girlfriend and come enjoy this night full of fun!
There will be entertainment by country music artist and The Voice alum, Emily Ann Roberts. Dr. Edie Wadsworth, a physician, life coach and published author will also be speaking, and Isaiah 117 House founder Ronda Paulson will be in attendance as well.
Hors d’oeuvres will be served and a silent auction will take place with lots of exciting auction items from East Tennessee Diamond as well as many other local businesses. All proceeds raised at this function will go directly to Isaiah 117 House.
If you’d like to purchase tickets to this event you can visit the Isaiah House 117 Facebook page to purchase online via their link, or to pay with cash or check visit Crye-Leike Lakeway Real Estate at 2423 East Andrew Johnson Hwy Morristown, Tn, or Morrill & Diamond Eyecare 741 east Broadway Blvd Jefferson City, TN.
