Lowell Randall “Randy” Lowe, age 78 of Morristown passed away Sunday, Feb. 26, 2023. He worked at Enka, Pet Dairy, and Morristown Parks & Recreation. Randy loved U.T. Sports, and meeting his buddies and friends at Shoney’s.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John “Bill” and Gladys Lowe, brothers, Jackie W. Lowe and Gary “Lynn” Lowe, sister, Barbara Lane, grandparents, Robert and Ida Bacon, and Ernest and Nettie Lowe.

He is survived by his daughters, Barbie Lowe Scott and Kimberly Lowe Williams, son, Lowell Russell Lowe all of Morristown, grandchildren, Jordan (Brandon) Davis, Jabari Kyle, Devin Williams, and Jaydyn Scott all of Morristown, great-grandchildren, Addie Davis, Sawyer Davis, and baby Davis on the way; brother, Glen (Paula) Lowe of Jefferson City, and sister, Darlene (Jim) Bewley of Morristown, and brother-in-law, Carl Lane.
