William Stanley Parker, age 81, of New Market, passed away on Thursday, March 30, 2023.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Army National Guard. He was also a member of Mill Springs Baptist Church. Bill will be remembered as a life-time farmer and hay baler. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Mary Lou Parker.

He is survived by his loving wife, Jo Ann Parker; sons, James (Robin) Parker and Kenneth Parker; grandchildren, April (Alex) Parrott, Josh Parker, Bridgette (Josh) Kidd, Kaitlyn Parker, Hailey Parker; great-grandchildren, Rylee Parker and Oaklyn Stroup; sister, Carolyn Thomas; brothers, Don Parker and Bob (Patty) Parker; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral service 7:00 pm Monday, April 3, 2023, at Fielden Funeral Home with Dr. Sonny Strange officiating. Interment 2:00 pm Tuesday in Mill Springs Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday from 5:00 – 7:00 pm prior to the service. Fielden Funeral Home is honored to serve the Parker Family.
