Students at Hillcrest Elementary wrote letters of congratulations to former Hamblen County student, Michael Cleary. Michael is receiving a promotion to First Class Petty Officer in the US Navy. Michael has served our country for 11 years in the Navy at Guantanamo Bay, Quantico, Bethesda, Lemoore, and currently Virginia Beach. He is a corpsman with his squadron the F-18 Super Hornet. Hillcrest Elementary and Hamblen County salute Michael Cleary.
