Elizabeth Ann Noe
On Wednesday, April 26th 2023 Elizabeth Ann Noe of Talbott gained her wings and went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Elizabeth passed away at her daughter Missy’s home surrounded by family.
She was a member of White Oak Grove Baptist Church of Morristown where she attended for 42 years. She was the pianist the majority of her time there.
Elizabeth is preceded in death by her loving husband of 47 years, David Noe, her parents, James and Ruth Haag, her father and mother-in-law, Lewis and Nina Noe, her brother, Paul Haag, her sister, Susan Haag, her paternal grandparents, Robert and Clara Haag, maternal grandparents, Roy and Lavada Davis, and several uncles and aunts.
Elizabeth is survived by her daughters, Michelle (Stephen) Strange and Missy (Brandon) Trent, her grandchildren, Chris (Cassie) Strange, Kristen Strange, Lane Hughes, and Lucas Hughes, her step-grandchildren, Hunter and London Trent, her great-grandchildren, Anakin and Anna Strange, her niece, Danielle (Robert) Dennis, great-nephew, Slade Dennis, great-niece, Emery Dennis, and several cousins.
Her love for animals was shown through her relationship with her basset hound Zoey. She was blessed with so many special friends, physicians, nurses, and therapists. A special thank you to Smoky Mountain Home Health and Hospice for all their care and kindness.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 29th 2023 from 5 p.m. – 7 p.m. at Alder Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow at 7pm with Rev. Tom Wells officiating.
Family and friends will meet on Sunday, April 30th 2023 at 1:30 p.m. at Alder Funeral Home for a procession to Mt. Pleasant Church Cemetery in Talbott for a graveside service at 2 p.m..
