Rev. Dr. H. Dean Haun was honored Sunday, April 30 at First Baptist Church, Morristown for 15 years of service to the Lakeway community and the State of Tennessee.

A framed plaque bearing a joint resolution from the Tennessee State House of Representatives and Senate was presented to Dr. Haun on behalf of Rep. Rick Eldridge, R-Morristown, and Sen. Steve Southerland, R-Morristown.

Haun was honored by the State of Tennessee for the numerous community ministries he and his church leadership team have implemented during the past 15 years.

Haun gave much credit for his success to his wife, Pam, who has steadfastly stood by his side all the years of his ministry, and to the associate pastors who make up the church leadership team.
