The members of Sunrise Court #20 Order of the Amaranth have chosen Random Acts of Kindness as the theme for 2023. Recently they delivered material to the White Pine Senior Center. The members of the center will use the material to construct quilts to be given to those in need.

The Order of the Amaranth is a fraternal organization composed of Master Masons and female relatives. In its teaching, the members are reminded of their duties to God, to their country, and to their fellow human beings. They are urged to portray, by example, their belief in the “Golden Rule”. Their main charity is the American Diabetic Foundation. In 2022, Tennessee Order of the Amaranth donated over $12,000 to the Diabetic Foundation.
