Dale Keith Carmichael, age 76, of Morristown, passed away Wednesday, June 14, 2023 at Life Care Center of Gray.

The family will receive friends from 5 – 6 p.m. Monday, June 19th at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 6 p.m.
