Joan B. Starnes, widow of Carl Starnes, of Bulls Gap passed away Wednesday evening at the age of 93.

The family will receive friends at Doughty-Stevens Funeral Home on August 13th from 1 – 3 p.m.

Funeral services will follow at 3 p.m. Burial will be in Zion Cemetery at Baileyton. A complete obituary will be announced later.
