Sykes and Sitel Group have recently joined forces and undergone a name change, creating Foundever.

Foundever is a call center leader in customer service. It specializes in providing prosperity growth within areas in need of an economic boost.

The Morristown community has become a prosperity hub with its recent growth and development and with that Foundever is looking to provide over 150 jobs in the tech support field.

Walk-In-Wednesdays will be held every Wednesday from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. and interested individuals are encouraged to walk in, interview, ask questions and see what the company and environment is all about.

Foundever is located in the Sykes building on W. Andrew Johnson Highway which still currently dons the Sykes signage but interviewees can be assured they are at the right location.

Community Marketing Lead Dianna James says that opportunities for growth within the company are vast for those interested in climbing the ladder.

James, who started at the company in 2018 at an entry level position, says she herself has grown from trainer, coach to Marketing Lead.

“What’s awesome about this company is that the opportunities for growth are vast. Those willing to learn and can adapt to change will thrive,” James said.

Foundever is open Monday-Saturday from 9 a.m.-9 p.m.
