Hamblen County Schools will have its annual PreK Registration on March 6 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

Enrollment is open to any child who is four years old on or before August 15, 2026.

In-person registration will be held at Fairview-Marguerite, Hillcrest, Lincoln Heights, Manley, Russellville, Union Heights, Witt and West elementary schools.

Records parents are required to provide include a record of birth/birth certificate, Social Security card if available, an up to date Tennessee physical/immunization record, photo identification of the parents, proof of legal guardianship if not the parent, proof of Hamblen County residency (such as a mortgage statement, rental agreement, utility bill) and Proof of income if applying for scholarship classes (including a current pay stub, W-2 form/Income tax return, SNAP, TANF number)

Hamblen County has scholarship programs at all locations, as well as tuition programs at Manley, Russellville, Union Heights and Witt elementary schools.
