Welgin Holt, born on December 14, 1939, passed away peacefully on February 16, 2026, in Goodlettsville, Tennessee.

Welgin dedicated over 40 years to Magnavox. He loved Jesus and singing in church. He enjoyed his farm and goats and loved playing cards.

He is survived by his wife, Betty; his children, Sherry, Brenda, Teresa, Jennifer and Welgin Jr.; and step children Peggy and Julie; and siblings Kelland, Kathy, Ina Ruth, Lois, Trudy and Randall; and 8 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by :

his parents, Ray and Essie Mae Holt, sister Maureen Collake and granddaughter Erica Dawn Greene.

A private service will be held at New Home Cemetery, Newport, Tennessee.
