Andrew Johnson Bank, a community bank headquartered in East Tennessee with $614 million in assets, is pleased to announce several organizational changes that underscore its on-going commitment to innovative, customer-centered banking for the East Tennessee communities it serves.

Paige Hull will continue to serve as the Bank’s CEO and Chairperson of the Board and has announced her retirement from role as President, a position she held for the past eight years.

“Serving as President of Andrew Johnson Bank has been a great honor and one of the most rewarding challenges of my career. I am excited about the opportunity to focus more fully on the Bank’s long-term strategic vision in my roles as Chief Executive Officer and Board Chair, while also empowering our capable leadership team. I am incredibly proud of the Bank and am confident that these moves will ensure the continuing legacy our team has created.”

Hull announced the promotion of Randy Sizemore to the position of President/Chief Financial Officer from his previous role of Chief Financial Officer, where he served the bank for the past four years.

With 33 years of experience in the banking industry, Sizemore’s expertise in accounting, finance, bank operations, strategic planning and community engagement will continue to propel the bank forward.

Sizemore holds an accounting degree from Ball State University where he was recognized with an accounting excellence award through the Miller College of Business in 2023.

He holds a graduate certificate from the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin.

He is actively involved in the community as a board member for Holston Home for Children and Lancer Capital Group Foundation and as a member of the Rotary Club and First Church of God in Greeneville.

Doug DeBusk has been promoted to Senior Executive Vice President and will also continue to serve as Chief Lending Officer, where his leadership in lending and relationship banking will continue to foster strong partnerships that support local growth and economic vitality.

DeBusk is a graduate of Tusculum University and currently serves on the YMCA Board, Boys and Girls Club Board, Greeneville Water Commission, Tusculum University Board of Trustees, Industrial Development Board and Greeneville Parking Authority.

He has held past leadership roles with the Greene County Partnership, Junior Achievement, and the Southeastern School of Tennessee Banking, and is a member of First Church of God in Greeneville.

Shane Hite has also been elevated to Senior Executive Vice President and will continue to serve as the Bank’s Chief Operating Officer overseeing the areas of retail banking, deposit operations, human resources, information technology, compliance, investment, and insurance. His years of bank experience coupled with his insurance background provides tremendous depth to Andrew Johnson Bank.

Hite is a graduate of the University of Tennessee and successfully completed the Tennessee Bankers Association Southeast School of Banking and the graduate program of the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado.

He currently serves as a board member of Greeneville Energy Authority, Greene County Partnership Foundation, Greeneville City Schools Education Foundation, and is a member of Asbury United Methodist Church, currently serving on the finance committee.

“These promotions celebrate the exceptional talent within our organization and position us to continue to deliver great value to the communities that we’ve proudly served since 1975”, said Hull. “Randy, Doug and Shane embody the heart of what makes Andrew Johnson Bank a trusted Partner.

“I am excited to see the impact we will continue to make together.”
