Scott Allen Fultz, age 60, of Morristown, passed away Friday, April 3, 2026 at Greystone Health Care Center in Blountville. He was preceded in death by his parents, Samual and Phyllis Fultz; and brothers, Clinton Fultz and Danny Fultz. He is survived by his brother, Gerald Fultz; and several nieces and nephews. No services will be scheduled.
