Tennova Medical Group providers will perform sports physical examinations to meet the Tennessee Secondary School Athletic Association’s requirements. The TSSAA mandates student-athletes receive a sports physical prior to participating in any athletic activities.

Tennova Healthcare will be providing these free sports physicals to Hamblen, Jefferson, Hancock, Hawkins and Cocke county student athletes at Tennova Primary Care – Morristown East, located at 179 Miller’s Landing in Morristown on Saturday, April 25th from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

“Our primary concern is the safety of our student-athletes in any sport they play,” said Heather Shultz, FNP. “The convenience of offering sports physicals at no cost, with easy access, is helpful to our student-athletes and families alike.”
