Philadelphia man makes arrest difficult for Loudon County deputies
S
On Wednesday, April 22, Loudon County deputies Chandler Finch and Luke Hawkins went to the Old Led Highway in Philadelphia for an arrest warrant.
The warrant was for Richard Allen Kidd II. Once the two deputies arrived and told Kidd that he had an arrest warrant, they attempted to place handcuffs on him. Kidd pulled his arms away from the deputies to avoid the handcuffs.
Finch and Hawkins eventually put Kidd down on the ground. However, he continued to resist as he was not placing his hands behind his back. The two deputies did eventually find a way to put Kidd in handcuffs.
