(AP) -- Jake Palomaki scored on an error, Moises Gomez scored on an error and Zach Rutherford scored on an error in the second inning, leading the Charlotte Stone Crabs to an 11-4 win over the Florida Fire Frogs on Thursday. With the victory, the Stone Crabs swept the four-game series.

The play gave the Stone Crabs a 4-0 lead.

The Stone Crabs later scored in three additional innings to finish off the blowout, including three runs in the ninth.

Charlotte southpaw Michael Plassmeyer (4-2) picked up a quality start and the win after allowing one run on six hits over six innings. Opposing starter Brooks Wilson (1-2) took the loss in the Florida State League game after a rough outing in which he allowed six runs and four hits over five innings.

Jordan Rodgers singled three times for the Fire Frogs.
