After almost pulling off an upset against Greeneville, the Morristown West Trojans took on a tough Daniel Boone squad in their second in-conference test of the season. West got out ahead 7-0 in the second quarter thanks to a 14-yard score by Tison Johnson, but the scoring affair ended there for the Trojans.

With two late second-quarter turnovers from the Trojans, the game got out of reach in a hurry. The 21-7 halftime deficit was too much for the Trojans to handle, as West fell to Daniel Boone 38-7.
