2021 Halloween Costume Contest

Contest Rules: Two winners per age group will win (Newborn to Kindergarten and 1st to 5th grade) Most Creative and Best In Show. The four winners will receive Halloween buckets full of candy provided by Food City. The Submission phase will be October 17th – 21st. Only one submission per child. The Voting phase is October 24th – 29th at noon. Vote as often as you want. The Most Creative age groups will be determined by the top vote getters. The two winners in the Best In Show will be determined by judges. All four winners will appear in the Citizen Tribune Sunday October 31st. Employees and families of the Citizen Tribune are not eligible.
