William “Bill” Roy McMahan Jr., 85, passed away November 18, 2019 at the home of his son and daughter in-law.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William Roy McMahan and Maude Ray Swann McMahan; brother, Ray Eugene McMahan, and sister, Celeste McMahan Reneau. He was owner and operator of Dandridge Service Station and Garage for many years.

He is survived by his wife, Bobbie Coffey McMahan; sons, Warren (Beverly) McMahan and Michael (Kathy) McMahan; granddaughter, Kristy McMahan Raines, great grandson, Tyler McMahan, step-grandchildren, Ashlee, Preston, Beth, Christopher, Jay, Scott, Jimmy and Jayme; sister, Kay (Alvin) Thomas and several nieces and nephews and lots of friends.

The family wants to sent special thanks to Amedisys Home Health and Hospice, Joann Nicely and Dalene Foster (Sarge).

The funeral service will be at 7 p.m. Wednesday, November 20, 2019 at the Farrar Funeral Home Chapel in Dandridge, with Rev. Jerry Colbert officiating. Family visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m., prior to the service. Graveside interment will be 11 a.m. on Thursday, November 21, 2019 at Hillcrest Cemetery.
