Wayne Allen Lawson, 72, of Russellville entered his heavenly home on Monday, July 15, 2019 at his residence after a brave battle with cancer. He loved his many fur babies, his family, and antique cars. He owned and operated, along with his father, Lawson Repair Shop in Russellville for over thirty years then worked at Armstrong Machine Shop in Rogersville and retired from there.

Mr. Lawson was preceded in death by his wife, Della Joyce Lawson; parents, William (Bill) Lawson and Gladys Faye Lawson Williams; stepfather, Robert W. Williams; infant brother, Billy Ray Lawson; grandparents, Ide and Ida Lawson and John and Dehlia Young.

Survivors include his children, Tina (Landon) Kinser of Greeneville, Faye Trent of Russellville, Mike Lawson of Russellville, Travis Lawson of Bulls Gap; grandchildren, Brad Worley, Tyler Worley, Ethan Kinser, Audrey Lawson, Braden Lawson, Wyatt Lawson, Codey Lawson, Makayla Lawson, Preston Mills, Laquiesta Quinn; several great grandchildren; step-daughter, Kathy Roberts; and special friends, Willie and Donna Bell.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, July 16 at Christian-Sells Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow at 8 p.m.

Graveside service will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, July 17, 2019 at Persia Community Cemetery.
