Lois Ann Dixon Thompson

Lois Ann Dixon Thompson, 73, passed away Saturday, October 10, 2020 at Tennova-North Knoxville Medical Center. Lois was a longtime member of Leadvale Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband James “Jim” Thompson; parents, Charles and Anna Mae Dixon; and great-grandson, Jaxson Kingsbury.

She is survived by her daughter, Missy Thompson; daughter and son-in-law, Yvonne and Brent Mathis; grandchildren, Justin Kingsbury and Shanteen Kingsbury; great-grandchildren, Jemma McGinnis, Alaina Kingsbury and Everly Kingsbury; sister, Pat (JT) Garrett; brothers, Charles Dixon Jr., Charles A. Dixon; niece, Amanda Coleman; nephew, Jason Sturgill; sister-in-law, Donna (Chris Worthington) Thompson; special friends, Kathie Self, Michael Dorton, Darian Haynes and Britany Jones; also several other family members.

Friends and family may pay their respects until 5 p.m., Thursday, October 15 at Farrar Funeral Home, White Pine. Graveside Interment will be held 11 a.m., Friday, October 16 in White Pine Cemetery with Rev. JT Garrett officiating.

The family has requested in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to Lakeway Animal Hospital, P.O. Box 298, Jefferson City, TN 37760.
