Leona Mae Lane Sinard

Leona Mae Lane Sinard, 93, of White Pine, passed away Thursday, June 10, 2021 at Jefferson City Health and Rehab. She was a member of White Pine Freewill Baptist Church. Leona worked as a housewife and gardened with her husband.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, J.E. Sinard; son-in-law, John Reneau; parents, Ed and Pearl Lane; and sisters, Marie (Lawrence) Jenkins, Mary Jane (J.B.) Lambert and Irene (Leonard) Michaels.

She is survived by her daughter, Janice Reneau of White Pine; grandchildren, Michelle Hurst of Ringgold, Georgia, and Mike (Melissa) Reneau of Jefferson City; great-grandchildren, Logan Reneau and Ashley Reneau; nieces and nephews, Betty Hill, Carolyn Dyal, Bill Michaels and Eugene Sinard; along with several other family members.

The family truly appreciated the excellent care, love and support that Jefferson City Health and Rehab gave to Leona in her last years.

Graveside services will be held 11 a.m., Saturday, June 19 at White Pine Cemetery.
