Judy Jeanette Davis Allen

Judy Jeanette Davis Allen, 64, of Morristown went home to be with the Lord Tuesday, September 29, 2020 surrounded by her family. She was a member of Spires Chapel Baptist Church and retired from MAHLE as the administrative assistant of operations.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Louise Davis; grandparents, James and Minnie Davis, and Arthur and Virginia Miner; sister, Wanda Baker; brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Betty Davis; infant brother, David Davis; sister, Betty Jean Cody; brothers-in-law, Kenneth Haley and Bobby Wheeler; and niece, Donna Hillenbarger.

Judy is survived by her husband of 16 years, Mark Allen; sons, Greg (Jodi) Lawson of Russellville and Michael Lawson of Whitesburg; stepchildren, Jason (Kathy) Allen and Christina Allen of Morristown; grandchildren, Orry Lawson of Russellville; Kelsie and Katie McMahan of Morristown; brother-in-law, David Allen of Whitesburg; sisters, Lucille (Bob) Hipsher of Bean Station, Ruth Ann Haley of Bulls Gap, Kay Wheeler of Bulls Gap and Teresa (Ernest) Davis of Rogersville; brothers, Ira (Gena) Davis, Michael Davis of Rogersville; brothers-in-law, Doug Baker of Rogersville and Mac Cody of Morristown; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and other family members.

The family will receive friends 5 – 7 p.m., Thursday, October 1 in the east chapel of Allen Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. with Rev. John North officiating. Graveside services are planned for 11 a.m., Friday, October 2 in Lee Valley Cemetery in Whitesburg. Arrangements by:Allen Funeral Home
