Janice Faye Slover, 69, of Bean Station, gained her heavenly wings Monday, January 11, 2021. She was a member of Noeton Baptist Church. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Gail and Edith Nichols; and brother-in-law, Ray Dean Coffey.
Survivors include her husband of 29 years, Terry Slover; loving daughter, Kim White; step-daughter, Tammy Stelzers; loving sister, Kathy Coffey; special niece, Wendy Coffey; grandchildren, Samantha White, Danielle Taylor and Matthew Rye; great-grandchild and love of her life, Liam; along with many other relatives and friends.
The family will receive 5 – 7 p.m., Friday, January 15 at Alder Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. with Rev Scott Howerton and Matt Morton officiating. The family will meet 1:15 p.m., Saturday, January 16 at the funeral home to proceed to Hamblen Memory Gardens for 2 p.m. graveside services.
To follow Hamblen County COVID-19 protocol, all visitors are asked to wear a mask, practice social distancing and refrain from physical contact for everyone’s safety.
