James Estep, 56, formerly of Rutledge, passed away on Monday, November 4, 2019, in Knoxville. He was a selfless, loving and devoted husband and father who dearly loved his family. He enjoyed life; he loved to laugh and was friendly to everyone. All who knew him will dearly and deeply miss him.
His parents, George Dewey and Mildred Lucille Estep, and four brothers, preceded him in death. He is survived by his loving wife, Sharon Brewer Estep of Knoxville; sons, James Dewey Estep and Noah Daniel Estep; daughters, Brittany Ann Estep and Alonnah Rose Brewer; and daughter-in-heart Kiley Estep; several brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and other beloved family members.
Celebration of Life services will be held at 6 p.m. on Friday, November 8, 2019, at Smith-Reagan Funeral Home Chapel in Rutledge, with Pastor Chris Neiswonger officiating. Visitation with the family will follow.
