Daniel Singleton, 72, of Morristown, passed away Wednesday, September 11, 2019 at home with his beloved wife of 51 years, Patricia “Leeroy,” and his daughter, Tammie, by his side. He was retired from MAHLE and loved fishing, hunting and watching NASCAR and Mecum.

Preceding him in death were his parents, Madison and Willene Singleton; granddaughter, Kori Lee Danielle Singleton; furbabies, Little Man, Prissy and Chevy; and four sisters and two brothers.

Survivors include his wife, Patricia Singleton; daughter, Tammie Singleton; furbabies, Zippy, Hottie and Roddie; brother, Bill (Bonnie) Singleton; sister, Cheryl (Leroy) Marshall; three great-nephews who called him “Papaw,” Daniel, Mason and Cooper; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and in-laws.

The family wishes to extend a special thank you to the staff of Avalon Hospice for the care they provided.

The family will receive friends 1 – 3 p.m., Saturday, September 14 in the chapel of Stubblefield Funeral Home with interment following in Hamblen Memory Gardens.
