, Catherine Virginia Favaro

On November 13, 2020, Catherine Virginia Favaro (nee Mathias), 76 of Morristown, wife of 57 years of James L. Favaro, Sr. and loving and devoted mother of Sheila M. Favaro, James L. Favaro, Jr. and Catherine V. Favaro, and loving grandmother of Matthew J. Ellison, Nicholas T. Favaro and Andrew G. Favaro, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her family.

She is predeceased by her sisters Marie A. Debelius-Berry, Elizabeth T. Feehley, and Barbara A. Favaro.

All who met Catherine were greeted with a smile and her bright blue eyes.

She loved nothing more than her family, who will cherish numerous memories of her.

Her family would like to thank the entire staff of Smoky Mountain Hospice for the exceptional comfort and care they provided to her.

A mass of Christian burial to celebrate Catherine’s life will be held at St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church on November 23, 2020, at 2:00 p.m.

The family will receive friends in the church narthex at 1:00 p.m.

At a later date a Christian burial mass will be held at Our Lady of Fatima Roman Catholic Church in Baltimore, Maryland.

Interment will be at Sacred Heart of Jesus Cemetery.
