Come celebrate the holidays with Walters State Community College.

Here’s a list of holiday concerts:

Morristown Campus:

• The Fall Choral Concert will be Dec. 2 at 7:30 p.m. at First United Methodist Church, Morristown. This concert features the Morristown choir performing under the direction of Laura Ritter and Clay Oglesby. Admission is free, but donations will be accepted to fund the choir’s spring trip.

• The Community Chorale Concert is Dec. 3 at 7:30 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church, Morristown.

The chorale includes students and community members who enjoy choral music. Ben Stapleton is the director. Admission is free.

• The Evening of Bluegrass with High Lonesome Senate will be Dec. 3 at 7 p.m. at the theatre in the Judge William H. Inman Humanities Complex. This small, all-student bluegrass band is directed by Chippy McLain, who also plays instruments and provides some of the vocals. Admission is free, but copies of the band’s second CD, “Split Decision,” will be available for $15

• The Morristown Jazz Band Concert will be Dec. 10, 7:30 p.m. in the theatre at the Judge William H. Inman Humanities Complex. The Jazz Band includes students and community members who enjoy playing jazz music. The band is directed by Mike Thomas.

Niswonger Campus:

• The Choral Concert is Dec. 9 at 6 p.m. in the Lyceum of the Niswonger Campus in Greeneville. The concert is directed by Amanda Short.

Sevier County Campus:

• The Sevier County Jazz Band Concert is on Dec. 2 at 7 p.m. in the Conner-Short Center. Admission is free.

•Music from the Heart will be Dec. 9 at 7 p.m. at Sevierville First United Methodist Church. This concert features the Concert Choir, A Cappella Choir and soloists. Admission is free but donations will be accepted.
