Three Morristown men and a woman were arrested in a narcotics raid on an Ivanhoe Road residence Wednesday.

Jason Marshall Hayes, Michael Eugene Kwil, Francis Clifford Barber and Debra Caress Watton, all of Ivanhoe Road, were arrested by the Hamblen County Sheriff’s Office’s Narcotics/Vice Unit.

Hayes, 43, was charged with possession of Schedule II drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and maintaining a dwelling where narcotics are sold.

Kwil, 64, faces charges of possession of Schedule II drugs for resale, possession of Schedule II and Schedule IV drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and maintaining a dwelling where narcotics are sold.

Barber, 57, was charged with possession of Schedule VI drugs.

Watton, 45, faces charges of resale of Schedule II drugs, possession of Schedule II, Schedule IV drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Deputies conducted a warrant search resulting in discovery of six small baggies containing .97 grams of methamphetamine belonging to Hayes. Two sets of digital scales and a marijuana bowl were also recovered. Hayes also had an outstanding warrant for violation of community corrections in Hamblen County.

A search of Kwil’s bedroom resulted in discovery of five small baggies totaling 1.26 grams of methamphetamine, two small blue pills, one small white pill, a water bong, two glass pipes containing meth residue and a cut straw.

Search of Watton’s bedroom resulted in discovery of five small baggies containing 1.26 grams of meth, two small blue pills, one small white pill, a water bong, two glass pipes and a cut straw.

Deputies also recovered a half-smoked marijuana cigarette from a dresser in a bedroom belonging to Barber.

All four persons were taken to Hamblen County Jail.
