A Mooresburg man has been reported missing.
Robert A. Stuffle, 49, of Clover Circle, has been missing since March 27.
According to a report filed with the Hawkins County Sheriff’s Office, Kenny Stuffle, a brother, told Deputy Casey Carter that Robert Stuffle left home around 10 p.m. on March 27 and stated that he would be back the next morning. Kenny Stuffle said that Robert had been drinking.
Kenny Stuffle had called the Grainger County Sheriff’s Office and area hospitals looking for Robert, but was unsuccessful.
Robert Stuffle had a brain injury 20 years ago due to an accident and it causes him to sometimes have the mind of a 13 year old, according to Kenny Stuffle. Robert has a history of alcoholism, which causes his mental illness to intensify.
The man was last seen wearing a NASCAR T-shirt, blue jeans, black Under Armour and a baseball cap. Robert also has a tattoo on his right shoulder of a demon.
