A Morristown man faces charges of maintaining a drug dwelling after authorities said he allowed drug activities at the home.
David Love, 55, of Pauline Avenue, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of maintaining a drug dwelling.
Jail officials said Friday morning he had been released on citation due to COVID-19 concerns.
According to an affidavit, narcotics and vice detectives with the Morristown Police Department made seven arrests at the Pauline Avenue home on Jan. 21.
Authorities said there have been more than 30 arrests over the last couple of years at the home with drug-related charges.
According to the affidavit, the Morristown Police Department has been under investigation for more than two years and Love was aware of the activities going on.
Authorities claim Love receives drugs in trade and, in return, allows residents to live, use and sell drugs from the home.
