The Morristown Fire Department responded to a fire a home on East Third North Street on Friday.
According to MFD Battalion Chief David Large, firefighters arrived at 4:57 p.m. to find the one-story, single-family dwelling fully engulfed in flames.
Though the blaze was brought into control in about 10 minutes, the MFD stayed on scene for approximately three hours to check out hot spots and perform smoke removal.
Parts of the street were blocked off as firefighters secured the area.
No injuries were reported from the blaze, and no damage to nearby structures was reported.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
The American Red Cross was on the scene to assist the occupants of the home.
