The third annual AMPLIFY community service and picnic, hosted by First Christian Church of Morristown, will be held Sept. 29 at Fred Miller Park.

“God in the City” is the theme for this year’s Amplify service. The day will include a worship service, lunch, games and inflatables for children.

The morning will begin at 10:30 a.m. and conclude at 2 p.m.

A shuttle service will be provided between the park and the HealthStar Physician’s parking lot.

Ryan Croft, FCC Lead Minister, said the goal of ‘Amplify – God in the City” is to show the community who He is and what He is about.

“Our desire is to meet our community in our community, where they are. By connecting with people and forming real relationships with them, we can connect them to Christ so that they can form a real relationship with Him,” Croft said.
