An accused rapist who jumped bail earlier this month is back in the Hamblen County jail.
William M. Swafford was turned in at the Hamblen County Jail on Saturday by the bonding company responsible for making his bond of $350,000.
Swafford was arrested on November 2 on the charges of Aggravated Kidnapping and Aggravated Rape. The bonding company agents told Correction Officers that Swafford was apprehended at the Hotel Madison in Madison West Virginia assisted by the Madison Police Department. Swafford is being held with no bond until his arraignment on December 2.
