In response to the unique challenges presented by the coronavirus, Knoxville TVA Employees Credit Union is offering additional support to our Members. They will continue to evaluate the spread of the coronavirus and dedicate the necessary resources to ensure your personal safety.
All financial services are still available, and they are happy to assist with your banking needs and will always share the most up-to-date information regarding their operations, health and safety implementations, and ways we are helping members.
As of Monday, May 4, the Knoxville TVAECU will return to its normal business hours. On Monday through Friday, the hours vary by location. Saturday, branches open at 8:30 a.m. through 12:20 p.m. The Turkey Creek location will be open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Safe Deposit Box visits will be available by appointment only. Please call (865) 544-5400 to schedule an appointment.
In light of current events, all safe deposit box fees are temporarily postponed.

For your health and safety, here are some changes you can expect to see when you visit the credit union.
Floor Spots: To abide by social distancing guidelines, floor spots spaced six-feet apart will be placed in branches. Please wait until a floor spot is available before entering the building. A staff member will be at the door to assist in this process. Due to space limitations, only individuals completing a transaction will be allowed inside.
Protective Wear: All branch personnel is required to wear masks and gloves for your protection. We highly recommend Members wear masks into the branch or use the drive-thru lanes.
Germ Guards: Protective germ guards will be installed at each branch location as an added precautionary measure to ensure your personal safety.
Branch Sanitation: Since the rise of COVID-19, additional cleaning measures are in place. Please note, we have temporarily closed our restrooms to the public.
During this time, drive-thru lanes will offer full-banking services. All your financial needs, from everyday account transactions to loan applications, will be accessible through the drive-thru with Staff ready to assist you.
Members needing new accounts, loans, notaries, or signature guarantees will all be directed to the lobby.
