The Citizen Tribune Home Show will return to College Square Mall in Morristown, but it will be a month later than normal.
Scheduled for April 16, 17 and 18, the event will have social distancing and mask protocols are in place.
“We already have several booths signed up and expect a good show” show coordinator Mike Walker said. “We feel with the improving conditions in the Lakeway Area with decreased active cases and increases in vaccinations, having it in mid-April is a plus to move forward with the show.”
Walker said it’s nice to be planning something “normal.” Last year’s Home Show was the last event that successfully remained on schedule before the community shut down due to COVID-19.
“It’s a long standing tradition that so many people get out and enjoy looking at all the home improvement ideas from the many different vendors on hand,” he said. “There will be entertainment as well as prizes and the same kind of commitment to having a great Home Show.”
Mall officials are also excited to be hosting the event.
“We are very excited to be hosting the Home Show again this year,” Mall officials said in a press release. “ It’s the 32nd year of the event and our customers, retailers and community have always enjoyed the show. This year will be a little different with our social distancing guidelines in place, but it shouldn’t take away from the fun of the show for anyone.”
The booth slots are starting to fill up. If you are interested in participating with a booth, call Mike Walker at 423-581-5630 ext 350 or email at email@example.com.
