ReVIDA Recovery Centers

Over the past 15 months, our town and our country have gone through the wringer. We had to do our part to stay apart, protecting the most vulnerable of our neighbors from the spread of COVID-19, and we had to endure the economic fallout of many restrictions that were put in place to keep us safe.

Despite the many trials our community has endured in the past, we have come out triumphant, ready to get vaccinated, gather together, and rebuild. At ReVIDA Recovery Centers, our dedicated team of physicians, counselors, and care coordinators have continued to provide clinical excellence to our patients in Hamblen County, for several months via telehealth and now back in a safe outpatient setting.

Evidence shows that counseling services contribute greatly to recovery success. We’ve been excited to add more counselors to our growing team at ReVIDA Morristown. As we help our patients reclaim their lives from opioid use disorder, it’s more important than ever to increase access to counseling services as a part of our overall treatment. While medication is an effective and critical part of treatment for opioid use disorder, our counselors and care coordinators provide a vital service to help patients address outside stressors, rebuild relationships with friends and family, and begin to reestablish themselves to apply for jobs and help our community grow and thrive.

If the last year has taught us anything, it’s that our health care providers are an anchor to any community, and we were honored to see that ring true when the Morristown Area Chamber of Commerce awarded ReVIDA with the 2021 Small Business of the Year award.

Building safe and healthy communities is a key part of ReVIDA’s mission, and we are proud to serve the Morristown community and surrounding areas.
