The Morristown Housing Authority is accepting applications

for a Property Management Department

Employee.

Job includes carpentry, plumbing,

electrical, appliance

repair and building

HVAC work. Staff

member also performs landscaping duties, prepares and

paints vacant apartments for occupancy

when necessary and

is subject to being

called out in the event

of maintenance emergencies.

Must have high

school diploma with

considerable vocational craft training

and a minimum of

three years' experience in plumbing, appliance repair, carpentry and/or electrical repair. Applicant

must have a valid

Tennessee driver's license and will be

subject to background

and drug screening.
